Drunk cop in USA demonstrating sobriety test

This is defiantly something you don't see every day. A drunk police officer in the US pulls over a suspected drink driver for a sobriety test. The Police car camera shows the full event. The Officer is unable to walk, staggering and holding onto the drivers car to support himself.

The cop make his way to the white car and tells the driver to shut up. He then proceeds to confiscate the drivers cans of beer and while stumbling to the back of the car, he opens a beer and starts drinking it.
The cop then goes back to the drivers door and at this point you can hear the driver asking if the police officer if he is ok. The driver says this a few times seing that the officer is drunk.

The Cop makes the guy get out of his vehicle, throwing him against the car and does a search.
The Police officer makes a deal with the driver that if he can pass the sobriety test and is not as drunk, he is free to go. The ending is rather funny as the driver gets in his car and drives off.
