Set in the London offices of the fictional Reynholm Industries, the show revolves around the three staff members of its IT department. A geeky genius named Maurice "Moss"

Katherine Parkinson. The show also focuses on the bosses of Reynholm Industries: Denholm Reynholm
Chris Morris and his son "Douglas"
Matt Berry.
In one particular episode titled "The Red Door" we meet "Richmond"
Noel Fielding a mild-mannered
Goth who works in the
server room behind "the Red Door". whose introduction to
Gothic metal band
Cradle of Filth instigated his downfall from being Denholm's second-in-command to his current position in the IT Department.
The show is a joke-based, unrealistic sitcom, filmed in front of a crowd.
